About The Position

The Regional Sales & Business Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth across 5–7 Chapter Aesthetic studios within an assigned region, IA/IL locations. This role serves as the primary owner of regional revenue performance, accountable for delivering sustained topline growth, improving studio sales productivity, and building a high-performance sales culture. The RBM is a hands-on sales leader who spends significant time in studios driving data-driven strategy, disciplined execution, and advanced sales coaching to elevate conversion rates, maximize average ticket value, increase membership penetration, and expand guest lifetime value. Success in this role is measured by revenue attainment, profitability, and the development of high-performing sales leaders within the region. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of multi-unit sales leadership experience in high-growth service environments.
  • Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or premium consumer services preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading distributed teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Advanced coaching capabilities in consultative selling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Revenue Ownership Full accountability for regional achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual topline revenue targets across assigned studios.
  • Monitor and analyze studio-level KPIs including conversion rate, average ticket, membership sales, package mix, and retention.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with Studio leadership focused on sales results and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Identify underperforming metrics and implement corrective action plans.
  • Field Coaching & Sales Development Lead, coach, and hold accountable 5-7 Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors as primary performance drivers within their studio, Model and reinforce the Chapter consultative sales system (CARES).
  • Conduct structured sales observations, role plays, and coaching sessions to improve close rates and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors as studio sales leaders and hold them accountable for team performance.
  • Develop and implement individualized performance improvement plans when needed Leed weekly studio leadership meetings focused on cascading critical communication, providing education and collaboration amongst studios.
  • Team & Culture Leadership Foster a performance-driven culture centered on revenue growth, accountability and exceptional guest experience.
  • Partner with Recruiting to assess, hire and develop high-performing sales talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong regional sales bench to support growth.
  • Drive team engagement and retention through clear expectations, consistent performance management and a culture of appreciation and recognition.
  • Operational & Cross-Functional Support Partner with Studio leadership to align staffing levels and clinical capacity with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to maximize conversion of leads.
  • Support implementation of company initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Respond to escalated issues as needed to protect guest experience and revenue.
