About The Position

Position at JBS USA Regional Beef Sales Coordinator Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a regional beef sales team of 6–10 representatives through accurate order entry, timely processing, and organization of daily sales activities. This role partners closely with internal teams to support key customer accounts, maintain effective customer relationship management processes, and ensure smooth sales operations. The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships and helping achieve sales objectives in a fast‑paced environment aligned with company strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in Agri Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, Ag Econ, Animal Science or Agriculture related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and order processing with ability to coordinate with other internal departments such as: Transportation, Customer Service, Scheduling, Margin Management, and Claims
  • Responsible for order timeliness and accuracy
  • Maintain ability to perform efficiently and follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Support key accounts and grow JBS’ share of business
  • General communication and coordination commercial functions
  • Ensure sale objectives are met within company strategies
  • Customer relationship management; inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Other duties as assigned
