Regional Banking Insight Specialist
About The Position
The Regional Banking Insights Specialist contributes to the Regional Banking content strategy by developing differentiated, customer‑focused insights. Conducts research to support content development, identifies appropriate formats, gathers input from internal subject matter experts, and writes various short- and long-form content materials. Perform industry and company research and use analytical skills to make meaning of that research, outlining disruptive insights about markets, industries, and companies Working with the Regional Banking Content Manager, identify content topics and perspectives that align with Regional Banking’s advice and guidance sales approach Identify opportunities to position Huntington Bank as a thought leader by conducting interviews with internal subject matter experts Create articles, infographics, social media posts, and other content on topics of interest to business owners and leaders Support the delivery of content through the development of email messaging, voicemail scripting, social media posts, and additional sales support tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of research, analysis, and writing in a banking, financial services, or credit environment
