You’re a driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships and growing business. At C&N, we’re seeking a Regional Business Banking Manager to lead business development efforts and deliver Treasury Management and business banking solutions to clients across the region. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding deposits and business services while leading and supporting a high-performing sales team. Requirements

  • Education & Experience – You will need a Bachelor’s degree AND 2–4 years of related experience , OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Special Requirement – Extensive travel to customer locations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales – Develop new business relationships and sell business banking and Treasury Management products including deposit accounts, digital banking, business credit cards, merchant services, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and lockbox services. Meet established production goals and critical sales drivers.
  • Regional Strategy & Leadership – Develop and manage a regional sales plan, including budgets and production goals. Lead sales meetings, monitor pipelines and CRM activity, and encourage best practices to drive performance and growth.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients through regular calls, site visits, and in-branch meetings. Utilize client profiling to maximize cross-sell opportunities and deepen full banking relationships.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support – Partner with branch staff, commercial lenders, and other bank specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions. Coordinate calling efforts and support internal teams through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Treasury Management Expertise – Provide instruction and ongoing support to clients on Treasury Management products. Respond to proposals using C&N’s sales process and recommend appropriate account structures and services based on client needs.
  • Operational & Compliance Oversight – Ensure all agreements, documentation, and account openings are complete, accurate, and compliant with bank policies, including CIP requirements.
  • Team Development – Supervise, coach, and develop team members as needed. Set goals, provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support training and career growth.
