About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own a personal sales quota and be responsible for driving revenue and profitable growth within your book of business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and expansion by managing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. A successful Account Manager will have strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, Microsoft proficient, and communicate effectively across functions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales or account management experience (material handling or similar industry strongly preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills, including comfort with formulas and spreadsheets used for estimating
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding client expectations, paired with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own the quoting and estimating process for projects of all sizes, from small jobs to large scale projects
  • Learn and follow internal systems, processes, and procedures for quoting and project execution
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when developing estimates, pricing, and proposals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
  • Develop strategic plans to drive account growth and exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to ensure retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure successful project execution and delivery
  • Serve as the liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Track and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
  • Analyze client data to measure success, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Address client concerns and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify solutions to potential challenges
