It will be a hybrid position with 3 days in office (except for work travel).

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required. Alternatively, candidates may possess a unique combination of education, experience, and demonstrated accomplishments.
  • A solid understanding of power transmission and distribution products and systems is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in business-to-business sales and channel management is essential.
  • Demonstrated Competence in Leveraging CRM Tools for Seamless Team Collaboration.
  • A blend of education and experience showcasing the ability to handle complex assignments and a potential for promotion within the power product and systems sales organization.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with organizations across various regions and proficiency in navigating a multicultural business environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with international standards used in the power industry.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams to define project requirements.
  • Develop and implement grid integration strategies for large-scale energy projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
  • Support proposal development and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events and customer meetings.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
