We are hiring a Region Development Consultant in the Eastern States Region. You will be home-office based in this position; therefore, you can live anywhere within the 13 states or in DC. The Region Development Consultant works with the Sr. Development Consultant and the Region SVP, Development Consultant & Training to develop the Eastern States Region’s comprehensive strategic plan for the American Heart Association’s core Social field campaigns. The Region Development Consultant provides critical mentorship to staff on the Association’s campaign product best practices and partners with staff to develop robust campaign impact and action plans to exceed quarterly, fiscal-year, and event-year revenue targets, further bringing the mission of the American Heart Association to life. The Region Development Consultant serves as the ES Region’s primary product expert for the Socials campaigns (Heart of “City” and Go Red for Women) through coaching and consultation, campaign analysis, high-level strategy, progressive thought leadership, and the ability to overcome challenges and provide solutions to drive significant revenue growth across the region. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers. The position is home-office-based in the Eastern States, with 30% to 40% travel within the territory; you will frequently be coaching and mentoring staff throughout the day.
