The Waste Sales Representative Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Waste Sales Representatives (Region) focused on driving net-new customer acquisition across all waste service lines of business (LOBs). These hunter roles will target new accounts using data-driven strategies and sell a full suite of services, including Drum Services, Containerized Waste Services (CWS), Bulk Services, and Clean Pack Services. This position will ensure the team executes aggressive growth strategies while maintaining operational alignment and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales VP’s and dotted line to VP National Product Leader. This is an agnostic position that does not report to a specific pillar. Each pillar offers unique advantages based on customer segment, waste volumes, and expertise. The Sales Manager will serve as the gatekeeper, ensuring that the services quoted are in the best interest of the customer and align with leaderships expectations (volume, segmentation, expertise)
