Ready to step up? Apply now. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR REFRIGERATION TECH - HVAC MECHANIC You start your day at 7am with your take-home van, organized and stocked with the provided major tools. You review your route across the St. Louis Metro, St. Charles County, and Illinois, then head to your first stop for HVAC preventative maintenance-tuning systems for peak efficiency and catching issues early. Later, you might move to a restaurant kitchen for refrigeration work, diagnosing performance dips and restoring stable temperatures. In the afternoon, you tackle HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, walking customers through your findings and leaving systems running right. You stay connected via your company-provided phone, wear professional company uniforms, and know that real mentorship, continuing education, and growth opportunities are built into your week, not promised and forgotten. Here's what we need from you: HVAC experience Ability to perform HVAC preventative maintenance, kitchen refrigeration work, and HVAC troubleshooting/repairs Preferred: You are a Journeyman or Licensed HVAC professional.
