About The Position

Kalos Services is looking for a Refrigeration Install Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to learn the trade the right way, work hard, and build a long-term career in commercial refrigeration. You’ll work alongside experienced installers on commercial refrigeration systems, learning real-world skills in the field while contributing to active job sites. This is not a “stand around and watch” role — you’ll be expected to show up ready, stay engaged, and put in the work.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with commercial refrigeration installs
Follow direction from field leadership, management, and dispatch
Maintain strong communication with team members and office staff
Complete daily timesheets and job documentation accurately
Support jobsite productivity by staying focused and task-oriented
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
Safely lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
Adapt to both night work and occasional day shifts depending on project needs
