About The Position

Kalos Services is looking for a Refrigeration Install Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to learn the trade the right way, work hard, and build a long-term career in commercial refrigeration. You’ll work alongside experienced installers on commercial refrigeration systems, learning real-world skills in the field while contributing to active job sites. This is not a “stand around and watch” role — you’ll be expected to show up ready, stay engaged, and put in the work.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with commercial refrigeration installs
• Follow direction from field leadership, management, and dispatch
• Maintain strong communication with team members and office staff
• Complete daily timesheets and job documentation accurately
• Support jobsite productivity by staying focused and task-oriented
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
• Safely lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
• Adapt to both night work and occasional day shifts depending on project needs
