About The Position
The Gig: As a key member of the Red Glove team, the RG Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to our most valued guests Rockstars and Mega Rockstars, 485c’s and VIP Sailors before their voyage. This role acts as a central liaison between internal departments, on board Rockstar Managers, First Mates, and the sailors themselves to ensure all premium experiences, special requests are handled with precision, care, and flair. The VIP Coordinator embodies our brand values by crafting seamless, elevated experiences and resolving issues proactively, always putting the sailor first. This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days. “I'm often asked what it is that makes Virgin different.
