About The Position

The Red Bull Brand Manager leads and develops a team’s responsible for in-store execution across key retail customers. The role drives Red Buil initiatives by managing performance against KPI’s, coaching sales capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence. The Market Manager partners closely with the Territory Manager and Operations Manager to align sales execution with inventory, fleet, warehouse, and day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of DSD management experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (individual and group settings).
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. overhead.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers to achieve monthly KPI’s through regular feedback, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed.
  • Drive execution of national and local retail programs through ongoing communication with key retail partners.
  • Train Account Manager on selling skills, including cold calling, objection handling, and retail math.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to improve execution, operational expertise, and recognize results.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and share best practices across the organization.
  • Support operational excellence by assisting with inventory accuracy, fleet coordination, and warehouse operations in partnership.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with regional and key accounts to review performance, competitive landscape, opportunities and promotions.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and commitment to results.
