The Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and hiring of qualified global candidates to fill the specialized manpower requirements of our Boutique clients. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hard-to-fill, niche positions while ensuring that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently. Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in end-to-end recruitment or VA-type recruitment
  • Prior experience working a night shift schedule in a recruitment role is required
  • Background in volume/BPO hiring setup is highly acceptable
  • Experience with stakeholder management and client-facing interactions
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related course
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, and other digital collaboration tools
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
  • 11 PM – 8 AM Manila time (PHT), Sunday – Thursday or Monday – Friday, permanent night shift
  • Flexibility and Adaptability : Ability to quickly adjust to changing requirements, new processes, and diverse client needs without extensive hand-holding
  • Strong Attention to Detail : Meticulous approach to candidate assessment, documentation, and quality control
  • Boolean Search Proficiency : Advanced skills in using Boolean operators and search techniques across LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools
  • Behavioral Interviewing Expertise : Proven ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit for specific roles
  • Minimal Supervision Required : Self-motivated professional who can work independently while meeting deadlines and KPI targets
  • Challenge-Ready Mindset : Not afraid to take on difficult, niche requisitions and complex recruitment scenarios
  • Team Player Attitude : Ability to adjust and collaborate effectively with both introverted and extroverted team members
  • Strong Communication Skills : Decent verbal and written communication abilities suitable for global candidate interactions

Responsibilities

  • Reviews resumes and chooses the ones that closely match the available job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Schedules and conducts interviews with potential assistants according to client qualifications.
  • Conducts Mock Calls and Script Readings with assistants, depending on the client's needs.
  • Facilitates the endorsement of candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, ensuring all recruitment and selection procedures are carried out with consistency and compliance.
  • Coaches applicants on areas of improvement and re-record mock calls and script reading, if necessary.
  • Assists with other recruiting processes from start to finish, while he/she coordinates with other departments regarding any client needs that are not addressed by our current hiring funnels.
