About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image.
Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
