About The Position

Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who excels in high-volume recruiting, particularly with door-to-door sales teams and/or high-volume positions where you must build a deep pipeline . The ideal candidate is skilled in managing a high-turnover pipeline, building strong talent funnels, and regularly presenting detailed reports and insights to senior leadership. This is a dynamic, fast-paced recruiting role with direct interaction with sales teams on the ground. This position demands high energy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales recruiter with success in high-volume, high-turnover roles; experience with door-to-door sales recruiting is a mus t.
  • Must have mid to large company experience.
  • Strong skills in pipeline management and funnel building.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently and reside near a major airport.
  • Experience in generating and presenting detailed recruitment reports to senior management.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

  • Leadership or management experience in recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work on full-cycle recruiting efforts focusing on high-volume sales hiring, especially in door-to-door sales environments.
  • Build, manage, and optimize candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified sales talent.
  • Track recruiting metrics and generate reports to analyze pipeline health, turnover rates, and hiring outcomes.
  • Present recruitment data and insights regularly to the recruitment manager for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage recruiting team or projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate travel plans to support in-person recruiting events or hiring initiatives at multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies that improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill in competitive sales markets.
