About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
  • Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding and process improvement.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
