About The Position

CenExel Clinical Research specializes in Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials across various research sites, focusing on Psychiatry, Acute Post Op Pain, Asian Bridging, Dermatology, GI, and Neurology. Their Centers of Excellence have extensive experience in complex early phase trials and possess in-patient capability. The Recruitment Specialist II is responsible for recruiting patients over the phone and assisting with recruitment programs to increase participant referrals for clinical research trials.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma.
1+ years of clinical research experience.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Must be able to perform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments.
Must have keyboarding and basic computer experience.
Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
Performs the initial telephone screening of patients.
Schedule screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
Make reminder phone calls as needed.
