About The Position

The Recruitment Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to the recruitment team, with specialization in supporting Campus Recruiting. This role supports both experienced and early career hiring and plays a key role in assisting general recruiting activities throughout the year. The ideal candidate is highly professional, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Reliable, professional, and personable, with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support team needs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or coordinating campus recruiting activities, events, or early career hiring processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Phone coverage (as needed)
  • Calendar management
  • Maintain a variety of reports as directed
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide assessment information, interview details, etc.
  • Attend campus recruiting events in the local area, including career fairs and information sessions as needed.
  • Support campus recruiting marketing efforts, including coordination of materials, communications, and event logistics.
  • Assist with planning and execution of summer intern programming, including onboarding support, events, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Update recruitment systems with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Monitor the status of candidate applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
