We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for our Corporate Recruiting Department, in Chicago, IL. The Recruitment Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of the Recruitment Function from start to finish by assisting the Recruitment Department with: National Recruitment Events Orientation & Onboarding Process Retention Activities Database management The Recruitment Coordinator will provide support to the entire recruitment process from start to finish. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for working with members of the Recruitment Team and other Business Groups to administer and track recruitment and retention activity. In addition, this position is responsible for managing applicant tracking systems, event management tracking, employee checkbacks, and reporting.
