About The Position

Join our HR team as a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist! In this role, you'll ensure a smooth experience for candidates and new hires through efficient scheduling, communication, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems

Nice To Haves

• SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and assist with offer letters.
• Conduct phone screenings for entry-level roles.
• Manage background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and facilitate orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS.
• Provide HR support and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
