About The Position

The Recruitment Manager will support the global recruitment function, assisting in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across both corporate and property-level roles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment. Working closely with the Executive Director of Global Recruitment, this person will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience, supporting internship and Management-in-Training (MIT) programs, and contributing to all ongoing and upcoming recruitment projects that shape the company’s future.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable with recruitment systems and tools (Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Passionate about hospitality, people, and building future talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Executive Director of Global Recruitment to support hiring initiatives across corporate and property-level positions.
  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist the Executive Director of Global Recruitment with strategic initiatives, including global pipeline development and recruitment strategies.
  • Support in creating SOPs and standard processes to improve efficiency and consistency across recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to the management and development of internship programs and the Management-in-Training (MIT) program.
  • Support all ongoing and upcoming projects related to recruitment, ensuring timely execution and collaboration across teams.
  • Help maintain recruitment tools, job postings, and candidate tracking systems.
  • Provide recruitment reporting, metrics, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist at career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
