This is a contract through the end of 2026 Location: Denver, CO Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing People team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience while also contributing to a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture in our new Denver office. This position will be based out of our Denver office. Candidates must be available to start work by 8 a.m. local time (10 a.m. EST).

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR or office management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
  • Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support job postings, candidates communications, and feedback collection
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for office-related needs Denver, including supplies, vendors, and facilities related coordination
  • Help plan and execute in-office events, team building activities and culture initiatives
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including partnership with People Operations team and IT
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive office environment
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across the People team
  • Help maintain internal documentation and process guides
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance
