About The Position

Coordinate staffing processes for assigned business units, countries, locations, or functions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, review requisitions, and discuss potential sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR/Recruiting experience, including internships.
  • Strong relationship management skills to manage multiple internal customers with ease.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional local language preferred.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills to lead recruiting teams without direct reporting relationships.
  • Analytical skills to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics.
  • A college or university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools, such as Workday and Beamery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and business leadership to understand recruiting needs and required skills.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and program manage recruitment campaigns as needed.
  • Ensure the quality of prospective candidates presented to hiring managers for open positions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.
  • Track the candidate process and minimize time to hire by driving the candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize the candidate database and ensure up-to-date data management of recruitment applications.
  • Communicate business needs and coordinate with assigned sourcers and recruiting coordinators to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership, including performance against targets and sourcing challenges.
  • Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and provide back-up recruiting services as needed.
  • Support production recruiting processes in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Augment Talent Acquisition team’s tasks, including interview coordination, sourcing, screening, and full life-cycle recruiting for both production and support roles.
