The Recruitment Coordinator under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources handles recruitment efforts including job postings and requisition management through the Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS). Coordinates initial and ongoing credentialing and re-credentialing processes for physicians and advanced practice providers. Establish channels for recruitment for all positions. Manages all positions based on a position control system and manages job vacancies to ensure that the jobs are filled with competent candidates to ensure that the hospital attracts, hires, and retains high-quality, compassionate mental health professionals (clinical and non-clinical). Will also conduct programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, recognition, job satisfaction, and long-term retention across the hospital.
