The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing client site support to the talent acquisition process lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities. Additionally, the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a variety of onsite logistical, relationship management, and customer service activities to service a client program or team. Work Location: Princeton, NJ Work Arrangement: Hybrid- 3 times per week onsite Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Specific requirements: Work experience in administrative tasks within the Talent Acquisition area.
