About The Position

The Recruitment Assistant/ Election Representative (Extra Help) positions will fulfill staffing needs within the Administrative Services Department of the Registrar of Voters. Job duties for the Recruitment Assistant/ Election Representative (Extra Help) may include: Contacting candidates to schedule interviews Making packets for interviews Conducting reference checks for new hires Preparing new hire packets and files Assisting with onboarding of new hires Scanning and filing paperwork Reviews documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with procedures prior to entry Understand and adhere to confidentiality guidelines Other administrative duties as assigned
