EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, public administration, or related field required. Prefer three years of recruitment experience Prefer two years of municipal HR experience. Experience with Tyler/Munis is desired CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED: Valid Texas Driver's license with good driving record required. Occasional travel to other city buildings and training sites.
