The City of Pearland, TX is seeking to hire a full-time Recruitment and Retention Manager - EDC to lead and improve aspects of the day-to-day operations of our Recruitment and Retention Manager . Our Recruitment and Retention Manager earns a competitive annual salary of $82,981.00-$90,000.00/based on qualifications and experience . Additionally, the city pays all premiums for our employees' dental, long-term disability protection, and life insurance, plus the majority portion of the medical premium for employees and their dependents. General Description of a Recruitment and Retention Manager The purpose of this job within the organization is to execute tactics to attract new jobs and new investment in Pearland, TX by securing and documenting relationships with commercial real estate personnel, professional site selection consultants, business prospects, and more. The Recruitment and Retention Manager also collaborates with the Workforce Development Program and Pearland Chamber of Commerce BizConnect Program. This job works under administrative supervision, implementing programs within organizational policies and records major activities to Vice President of Recruitment and Retention through conferences and reports.
