We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruitment Administrator to partner with the Newark Residential Sales Manager and help us grow our direct sales team in Newark. As Recruitment Administrator , you’ll be the engine behind growing the Newark office and supporting the team with high-volume hiring, onboarding, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (direct sales recruitment experience strongly preferred)
- A strong communicator who leads with empathy, clarity, and confidence
- Curious and people-focused — you ask great questions and personalize your approach
- A problem-solver with hustle, heart, and a strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ATS/CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level direct sales roles
- Partner with the Residential Sales Manager to align on hiring needs
- Run onboarding — setting new hires up for success from Day 1
- Greet and support candidates and visitors; keep the office organized and energized
- Champion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipeline
- Maintain and track HR records, especially around promotions and “dreamovers” (our term for internal career moves)
- Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
