About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Staff Manager of Sales Recruiting to join our team. In this role, you will both lead a group of recruiters and actively participate in recruiting top sales talent yourself. You’ll play a pivotal part in building world-class sales teams that fuel our growth. We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in door-to-door (D2D) recruitment, as this experience is highly valuable for our sales channels. This role requires a minimum of 25% travel to support building and strengthening our door-to-door (D2D) recruiting funnel, as well as gaining hands-on familiarity with the markets and locations we serve.

Requirements

  • Expertise in data analytics with a strong ability to move beyond reporting—connecting insights, trends, and outcomes to support data driven strategic recommendations with leadership.
  • Proven experience in sales recruiting, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success designing and managing recruiting funnels that improve candidate flow, conversion, and overall hiring effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with direct reports or team management responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% or more as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking metrics and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery against hiring goals.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, actively sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
  • Present recruiting strategies, progress, and key hiring metrics to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale hiring events, including planning, logistics, and on-site management, to attract and engage top sales talent across multiple markets.
  • Build and manage a robust D2D (door-to-door) recruiting funnel and talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for sales roles.
  • Travel up to 25% to drive D2D sales recruiting by immersing in local markets, supporting onsite hiring efforts, build market familiarity, attend leadership meetings and other in-person connect opportunities as needed.
