· Provide recruiting support to assigned recruiter(s) assisting with job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and travel. · Assist with correspondence to candidates, HR and hiring managers · Initiate and manage pre-employment assessment screenings · This position reports to the Business Talent Acquisition Leader or Team Lead · Develop high-level understanding of IP business and offerings
