That’s why we say we offer far more than furniture. We’re Furnishing Knowledge. KI is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator (CAC) to join our OEI Government team! The CAC will be based at KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay, and will provide exceptional sales, product and order support to an assigned OEI Sales team member and their customers. This role is responsible for all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities for their assigned group. Pre-sales activities include providing quotes, pricing and related support. Post-sales activities include coordinating transportation and delivery dates, as well as ensuring timely resolution of quality issues. The position will also require travel to customer sites approximately 1-2 times per quarter.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of formal education.
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, sales and project management.
  • Strong computer skills, including BPCS, Word, Excel, Outlook, Espec and SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide comprehensive quotes to OEI Sales Reps and customers for all applicable products.
  • Create product checklists from submitted materials; review, edit and validate checklists for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the mock-up process, including approval, review, installation and final disposition.
  • Deliver pricing and technical product support.
  • Review project order specials, submit for loading when required and verify special drawings with customers.
  • Coordinate expedited lead times with Production, Custom Options, Design and Transportation as needed.
  • Collaborate with installers to manage delivery and installation schedule changes after an order is released.
  • Review, manage and process order changes and cancellations once order entry is complete.
