Maintains the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office including recruiting administration tasks, oversees resort staffing strategies, reporting on staffing metrics, onboarding new employees, completion of new hire paperwork, data entry and other assigned projects while providing exceptional service to our internal guests in a timely and welcoming manner. The company is looking for a team player who is committed to the role and excited to make a positive impact to our resort’s culture. This role is on-site.
