More information is available at www.crisis24.garda.com Crisis24-PSG is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Recruiting Sourcer with 1–3 years of experience to support high-volume talent acquisition efforts across our protective services and corporate functions. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for talent, and is passionate about building pipelines that support mission-critical roles.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Strong prescreening and candidate assessment skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong phone etiquette; confident conducting candidate outreach and follow-up calls.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and multiple time zones.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using AI sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed Smart Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter AI features) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Dayforce is highly desirable.
• Experience in sourcing roles in the security, protection, or intelligence industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prescreening of candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on executive protection and security operations functions.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with role requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and sourcing activity in ATS and other platforms.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing based on business needs and urgency.
• Ensure a high level of attention to detail in candidate documentation, communication, and data tracking.
• Leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage candidates with relevant experience in protective services, law enforcement, intelligence, or related fields.
• Track and report sourcing metrics and pipeline health to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
• Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
