More information is available at www.crisis24.garda.com Crisis24 | January–May (4-Month Internship) Crisis24’s Protective Services Group (PSG) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer Intern to support our talent acquisition team during a high-impact internship experience. This role is ideal for a college student interested in recruiting, HR, business, data analytics, or security operations who wants hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, real-world environment. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and gain practical experience supporting hiring for executive protection and security operations roles—a unique niche within talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Current college student (HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or operations
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No prior recruiting experience required — training provided.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn, resume screening, or campus recruiting
  • Interest in security, intelligence, or protective services
  • Familiarity with Excel, data tracking, or analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open roles
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email and LinkedIn
  • Assist with prescreening candidates to assess interest and basic qualifications
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Partner with recruiters to learn sourcing strategies and role requirements
  • Support multiple openings while learning how to prioritize workloads
  • Track sourcing activity and help report on pipeline progress
  • Gain exposure to recruiting tools, data tracking, and candidate communication best practices
