We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiting & People Specialist to help us attract top talent and support our growing team. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, manage relationships with external recruiting partners, and support key People & Culture programs like onboarding and internship programs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and employees to create a seamless and engaging experience from first impression to day one—and beyond.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruiting and HR generalist experiences
  • Experience working with or managing third-party recruiting vendors or agencies.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting workflows and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable working with all levels of leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles at once.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, BambooHR or similar).
  • Applicants must be eligible for employment in the United States and willing to work onsite at our HQ office in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create scorecards, and develop hiring strategies
  • Source, screen, and guide candidates through the entire process—from outreach to offer acceptance
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and lead debrief discussions
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies for technical hiring, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and consistent candidate experience
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Plan and manage the internship hiring cycle, onboarding, and engagement activities
  • Coordinate with managers to scope projects and provide a valuable intern experience
  • Build relationships with schools or outreach programs as needed
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and documentation for new hires
  • Organize new hire process and orientation to ensure a smooth start
  • Assist with HR documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle tasks
  • Help implement or improve people processes as we scale
  • Act as a go-to resource for employees with general HR-related inquiries
