Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Strong experience managing sourcing pipelines and proactive candidate outreach.
  • Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies, with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in sourcing strategy, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and recommend process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume sourcing strategy and proactive talent pipeline development across multiple U.S. locations to support ongoing and forecasted hiring needs
  • Design, execute, and optimize sourcing approaches aligned with workforce planning, labor market trends, and business priorities
  • Build and maintain ready-to-interview talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill and support continuous hiring demand
  • Analyze sourcing performance, pipeline health, and candidate conversion data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and independently adjust strategy
  • Own applicant tracking system (ATS) administration, configuration, and governance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Manage requisition setup, approvals, postings, and hiring workflows in alignment with internal policies and employment regulations
  • Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and insights to support leadership decision-making and workforce planning
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and Talent Acquisition team members to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities and KPIs
  • Support hiring initiatives including hiring events, community outreach, agency partnerships, and new unit openings
  • Oversee offer preparation and onboarding coordination to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all candidates and hiring data.
