Requirements

  • One to two (1–2) years of experience in recruiting and onboarding
  • Associate (two-year) degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Create a Welcoming & Professional Hiring Experience
  • Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Lead New Hire Orientation & Training
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions
  • Facilitate onboarding activities including paperwork, compliance requirements, and system access
  • Deliver and support new hire training to promote confidence and engagement
  • Act as a resource for new employees during their onboarding journey
  • Support HR Systems & Processes
  • Maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Track onboarding progress and assist with reporting and metrics
  • Help evaluate and improve recruiting and onboarding processes
