About The Position

The Technology Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant supports the successful onboarding of new VIP recruits by delivering training, managing setup activities, and acting as a central liaison between the Technology Onboarding & Recruiting team and internal business partners. They help ensure smooth transitions for new recruit teams while maintaining organized processes, documentation, and reporting of activities and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of financial services industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience tracking and reporting on projects or business data
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Training delivery experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, or change management initiatives
  • Securities licensed (7, 66)

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise in a broad range of systems, processes, programs, tools, and products
  • Coordinate and deliver outbound training classes (primarily virtually, with the potential for onsite) for key applications to new recruit teams
  • Act as a liaison between the Technology Onboarding & Recruiting team and internal partners for technical, application, and access escalations
  • Support Technology Onboarding Managers and Leads to identify onboarding and training needs
  • Support VIP recruit setup process by completing pre-hire setup (e.g. Portfolio Advantage, MyMarketplace Requests for shared folders and shared mailboxes), Householding in Salesforce and for Statements, and sending welcome and transition communications
  • Develop, organize, and maintain standardized templates, communications, reference materials, workflow documentation, and trackers
  • Prepare status reports, summaries, and dashboards for management, including coverage assignments and support schedules
  • Oversee the work prioritization for administrative contractors who are completing the householding, statement grouping, and Portfolio Advantage setups.
  • Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and action-item tracking

  • The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000-$95,000 , depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
