About The Position

Serve as a strategic recruiter for Fuji Seal Americas by developing recruitment strategies, strengthening talent pipelines, and supporting salaried and professional hiring. Provide recruiting support across multiple sites including Jeffersonville, Indiana, Bardstown, Kentucky, Hickory, North Carolina, and any future locations added as the region grows. Partner with site leadership to source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, research talent markets, and maintain accurate candidate records within HRIS. The incumbent may also be asked to support staffing needs for FSPM as needed. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build effective partnerships across sites, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. High-quality communication, professional judgment, and motivation are essential to the role. The position does not currently include supervisory responsibilities, though scope may expand as business needs evolve.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via video conferencing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with salaried and professional workforce needs across Fuji Seal Americas.
  • Partner with hiring managers and site leadership to clarify role requirements and talent expectations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, resume review, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Research and leverage industry associations, professional networks, certification bodies, and academic programs to build targeted talent pipelines.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, including automation, AI-enabled tools, and evolving sourcing platforms.
  • Identify reputable schools, training programs, and professional communities aligned with engineering, technical, and operational talent needs.
  • Track candidate activity and hiring progress within HRIS and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare recruiting activity summaries and insights for HR leadership.
  • Participate in job fairs, university outreach, and community recruiting events as needed.
  • Support staffing efforts for FSPM when requested.
  • Review and update orientation and new-hire materials to ensure alignment with recruiting messaging and site expectations.
  • Provide input into onboarding processes to support engagement, clarity, and continuity from recruitment through hire.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policy, employment law, and internal HR standards.
