About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition for our distribution centers and warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll develop and execute high-volume recruiting strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our logistics and fulfillment teams. You’ll partner closely with Operations, HR, and Talent teams to ensure staffing needs are met on time while maintaining strong candidate experience and reinforcing our company culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experienced outreach, including managing or leading high-volume hiring in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success building recruiting strategies to support large-scale operational hiring.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments and all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and data-driven recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to travel to different facilities and recruiting events at least thirty percent of the time.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Warehouse operations literacy
  • Experience building pipelines for supervisors/leads, maintenance/automation, inventory control, safety, and WMS/CI roles

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, distribution, and shipping roles across multiple sites.
  • Partner with DC leadership to forecast hiring needs and build strategic recruiting plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manages and ensure efficient hiring pipelines and operational excellence.
  • Implement high-volume recruiting programs, including partner ship with staffing agencies to ensure seasonal hiring surges and rapid expansion efforts are met.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key warehouse roles (e.g., Senior Operations Leadership, Operations Managers, Supervisors, and other operational specialty roles).
  • Build relationships with community partners, technical schools, and workforce development organizations to expand talent outreach.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, source effectiveness, etc.) to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to enhance onboarding, retention, and engagement of warehouse employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
