We are seeking a data-driven, hands-on Supply Growth/Recruiting Manager to own and operate Proof’s supply growth and acquisition function. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling our nationwide network of independent Process Servers to support client growth, marketplace efficiency, and long-term retention. This is a manager-level role with full functional ownership. You will directly manage the Supply Acquisition team, own day-to-day decision-making, and be accountable for results. You’ll operate as a player-coach leading the team while staying close to execution, and will help transition Proof from traditional “server recruitment” toward a more strategic, systems-driven supply growth and retention model. You will run the supply growth function day to day. You’ll manage and mentor the Supply Acquisition Specialists, make prioritization and execution decisions without escalation, and ensure the team consistently delivers results. You’ll balance leadership with hands-on work running campaigns, refining outreach, testing sourcing strategies, and stepping in directly when urgent market needs arise.You’ll monitor funnel performance, identify breakdowns, and implement improvements using automation, AI tools, and better processes. Team collaboration will be critical. You’ll work cross-functionally with Dispatch, Server Experience, and Compliance leaders as well as our Go-to-Market and Platform Operations teams to ensure supply growth aligns with operational and client needs. Over time, you’ll help shape the structure, tooling, and strategy of Proof’s broader supply organization. You are a growth-minded, systems-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and ownership. You’ve recruited and activated large numbers of independent contractors and understand how to build repeatable, scalable acquisition engines. You think like a recruiter, marketer, and operator balancing quality, speed, and efficiency, and you’re comfortable making decisions and being accountable for outcomes. You’re motivated by building something durable, leading a team, and growing into broader responsibility as the business scales.
