The Recruiting Intern will gain hands-on experience in all phases of the hiring process, working closely with our team of recruiters and hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent. Additionally, you will source, write, build, and design exciting and engaging content to be used across digital and social marketing channels and candidate touch-points. As a member of the team, your responsibilities would include: Supporting recruiters by corresponding with candidates and hiring managers; scheduling interviews as needed Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates; Providing updates and staying in touch Reviewing and editing external job descriptions Engaging potential candidates via our Handshake platform Providing recommendations and creating content to enhance MEDITECH's presence and brand on the Handshake platform including refreshing candidate campaigns and virtual event planning Researching ways to enhance and improve our content to better serve candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams Working cross divisionally to source content across all teams at MEDITECH, ensuring diverse representation and stories Reviewing social editorial calendar - look for opportunities for new stories, offer new campaign ideas, build a robust library of content for future employment brand needs. Contributing to onboarding activities by participating in New Hire Orientation Assisting the team with research and other projects as needed.
