About The Position

This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for applicants while supporting the recruiting and hiring team. The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for candidates during the early stages of the hiring process and helps move qualified applicants efficiently through next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Contact applicants by phone and email to conduct initial screening
  • Ask structured screening questions to assess availability, interest, and fit
  • Provide candidates with a brief overview of the company and role
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate appointment times
  • Send follow-up emails to candidates who did not answer calls
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status
  • Track interview confirmations, reschedules, and no-shows
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative recruiting tasks
