Visit gomotive.com to learn more. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Sheets, and other relevant tools. Serve as a contact for office operations/facility maintenance, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support. Support occasional In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands, Happy Hours, Team Building Events etc.)
