The Opportunity We are seeking a positive, energetic and results-driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this mid-level role, you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier financial advisors and professionals who align with our values and growth objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or wealth management industry
  • Proven track record recruiting financial advisors, wealth managers, or insurance professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring quotas and KPIs
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • High energy, resilience, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Work in our Scottsdale location
  • Travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, attract, and build a robust pipeline of high-caliber financial advisor candidates for current and future openings
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
  • Evaluate and qualify/reject candidates based on resume reviews, interview performance, and reference checks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, with the expectation of delivering an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity goals (calls, emails, interviews, hires)
  • Create engaging recruitment marketing content and campaigns to elevate our employer brand
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external centers of influence
  • Provide regular analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to leadership
  • Stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, sourcing tools and recruitment marketing platforms effectively
