As a Recruiting Coordinator, you play a pivotal part of our recruitment process as you will be the orchestrator of candidate experiences, ensuring seamless coordination and communication from initial contact to onboarding. You will assist the Recruiting Team with identifying and hiring talented individuals to work at our 56+ apartment communities located across nine states. In this support role, you will create excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences while performing administrative tasks related to the recruiting and hiring processes. To achieve excellence, you need to be a highly organized administrator with strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with a lot of people as you keep candidates and managers informed at every stage in the process. Your interactions will help paint a compelling picture of IMT as an employer of choice to draw people to us for their next career opportunity, and generate excitement about IMT at every touchpoint.
