We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with hands-on experience using Rippling’s ATS to help us scale our team during a period of growth. This role is execution-focused and highly operational, managing candidate flow from top-of-funnel through to hire. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across teams and with our finance team on offer approvals and comp packages. You’ll also collaborate with our third-party recruiting partner to ensure candidates move smoothly through the pipeline. Over time, this role will expand to include supporting onboarding and off-boarding, as well as other employee lifecycle initiatives, depending on company needs. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to grow into broader People Ops responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
