We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help us hire top talent from around the world. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be accountable for delivering a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates and hiring managers. On this team, we collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to arrange interviews, handle candidate communications, and make sure all interview logistics are effectively organized. Requirements

  • 2+ years in recruiting or talent coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Passion for candidate experience and finding ways to improve and better the experience

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

  • Experience using GoodTime

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a broad range of phone, video, and onsite interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
  • Support 3+ recruiters in scheduling recruiting activities across global offices
  • Proactively find opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
  • Book candidate travel and manage expenses
  • Spearhead candidate experience initiatives (i.e. swag programs)
  • Support Recruiting Operations programs
